Justice Antonis Scalia left a message in a bottle for us - we need to act on it.
Go read this, it isn't hard:

I see it.
A district court may not dismiss an otherwise valid indictment because the Government failed to disclose to the grand jury "substantial exculpatory evidence" in its possession. Pp. 45-55
Basically, it sets precedent that if the government hides exculpatory evidence, the court is at fault.
All those cases we tried where they would not hear the evidence. PLUS the government has obvious evidence showing that the election was stolen but chose not to show it. The district courts are at fault.
EXACTLY!!
The really good stuff starts at paragraph 45/46
well as Q has hinted at in other drops you need to keep the peace and keep normies from rioting so you cant just do it on the day of the "inauguration" it will come later down the line
unless they didnt want it resolved, particularly at that time, but wanted rather to implicate the courts as well.
I propose an 26th amendment to the Constitution. Attorneys are barred from public office on the legislative and executive branches of government.
AMEN brother
Thanks Fren! I might add anyone with dual citizenship also Kek!
That was the 13th amendment originally lol
Note taken Fren!
The missing 13th amendment... not allowing nobility, I.e. esquire
https://constitutioncenter.org/blog/the-case-of-the-missing-13th-amendment-to-the-constitution
Thank you Fren!
That was the original 13th Amendment that was RATIFIED--digging has proven that--and then it was shit-canned. The BAR was behind the Enabling Act in 1934 that took away our constitutional common law and made our courts into courts of INjustice and commerce.
Thanks Fren, not a lawfag here just want equal justice for all.
Me too! And it looks like it's happening! God bless you!
Not really a "bombshell", but I think all will agree again, that Sullivan should be impeached, disbarred, and generally looked upon as an idiot !!
Exculpatory only pertains to defendents, not plaintiffs. Don't think it applies to anything brought by Trump.
Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 87-88, 83 S.Ct. 1194, 1197, 10 L.Ed.2d 215 (1963) has forever been most criminal Defendants' hope, i.e., that the prosecutor possessed but did not turn over exculpatory evidence. Are you saying this case reverses Brady? Not sure I see the significance of this case? Prosecutors have an ethical obligation to dismiss criminal cases when they are convinced the Defendant is innocent too - because they wield the awesome power of the government against the citizen. Their job is to do justice, not obtain convictions. Seems great in theory but rarely if ever happens.
I didn’t see the bombshell either
Whoa, you guys read fast!
Re-read paragraph 46: ""The United States Attorney is the representative not of an ordinary party to a controversy, but of a sovereignty whose obligation to govern impartially is as compelling as its obligation to govern at all; and whose interest, therefore, in a criminal prosecution is not that it shall win a case, but that justice shall be done."
This sovereignty means that "justice shall be done" REGARDLESS of which "president" is sitting in the Oval office!!
LOTS more bombshell info in there, you just gotta read deep. I'll post some more of my highlights but everyone should do there own research
It's like 40+ pages of legalese, I was cross-eyed after the first 3 or so. Haven't got the patience for that.
Same here. OP, we're not all lawfags, just give us the juice
okay sorry look at my post below and read 45-55 like Champion said, it is kinda confusing to read the legalese but you can do it and it will help you in further research!!
Basically there is a way that "justice shall be done" that doesn't require the power of congress OR the ILLEGITIMATE "president" Xiden
Thanks. Going back to read
hahahaha
okay maybe BOMBSHELL was a little bit of an exaggeration but I think this is HUGE I highly recommend you read it especially paragraphs 45-55 like Champion said
But you're right im not a lawyer or anything just trying to do research
