My god...enough of this. It's a different camera angle combined with a long focal length and narrow angle of view.
Give me a break. The camera was went from an 8 o'clock position to a 6 o'clock position. The girl in the pink was touching jill.

Nope. There was about an 80 degree difference in camera angles. One angle was from Biden's right shoulder. The other was almost facing directly at Biden's front.
