My theory. They pre-taped parts of the inauguration to make sure Biden didn't have a senior moment and show the world he's a potato for real. The only thing that's fake is Joe Biden being mentally all there.

It would also explain why some of the military in the parade didn't seem to know how to march. They weren't military they were actors. Because real military wouldn't participate in a charade like that. This is all about Biden being a potato.
