So I'm aware of evidence that Biden has a clone and Hillary Clinton has a clone. But I'm now confused as to who installed the clone. Is it the White Hat? Or the Black Hat?

Black Hats. HRC has had a body double for years. Biden.. just a theory it's actually his brother.
