Part of the plan I think. Supreme Court has been used as a battering ram to many times. Tough for our side to take because the fraud is so obvious, but if the Supreme Court is to return to ruling on law, then it has to start somewhere. Perhaps this is part of the plan because it infuriated 80-100M people. "you must show them"...

He was counting on the Supreme Court for an Al Gore situation but in the end it wasn't close enough and the supreme court could do nothing for him legally.
