What I noticed is HE THANKED EVERYONE EXCEPT THE PRESIDENT!!

THE SCIENTISTS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO EVEN START THE WORK WITHOUT Trump getting rid of regulations and all middleman.
