The media, in all its forms, keeps using the term "executive actions." Why? There's a clear distinction between an EO and an EA. So, which are they, EO's or EA's? The fact that we can't did them anywhere listed as EO's is a clue as to what these papers really are. If they're not in the database by next Fri, then it'll be safe to assume they're just suggestions, which is what an EA is.
