No. It is not natural for people to walk like that in that setting. Especially if your wife is holding onto you. It’s not natural body language.

And the body language of Blunt’s wife is nervous but she’s trying to cover it up. Her short, quick steps and her head movements (holding her head high). Also Blunt’s head movements. He attempts to hold his head but cannot because his shame/weakness is preventing it. Wife is aware of his weakness in that moment and trying to compensate for him.
I’m not a body language expert but I know enough.
