Bidden is just a compromised clown in the circus of Degenerate clowns (DC). He knows he is not packing the whole 9 yards. He is in it for the pardons. Keep what he stole, get himself Hunter and the rest of his crime family a free pass. Get Bidden on a water board and offer him amnesty and a pardon and the house of cards falls in less than 10 minutes.
