I went through many YT videos and found he swapped in about August 2017. Trump said "He's shot" and "He's not the same guy" I have no doubt the current Biden is an actor. Pretty good one, many are fooled even though the faces are not the same. The bigger the lie, the harder it is to convince someone they have been deceived.

During the debates President Trump also said to biden, "I see you have had some work done". I don't remember the context of the statement, sorry.
