Who to trust?

I have a business. I have a family. I really want to disconnect from politics yet trust someone to tell me what to do politically. Is that even possible? I just can't continue checking so many sources trying to figure out what is what.
So who do you trust?
We are here to choose. That is the purpose of life. You must put in the effort.
You are Body, Soul, and Spirit. The body is what connects to the physical earth, the soul is your personality and the Spirit is what connects you to God and his Wisdom.
Lead with the spirit. There is no way out but through. You must put in the effort.
One step at a time is all anyone can do. 3 steps forward and 1 step backwards.
But in the end, no one can make these decisions for you. You must choose.
Will you follow the good or will you follow the evil.
What is Good and What is Evil. You must choose.
To choose is why we are here.
