Note that in this post there is orange hi-lighting on the tick marks starting at the 1 minute mark. There are 8 ticks hi-lighted.
The clock hands in this post probably don't mean anything. All watches in advertising are set at the 10 and 2 positions because it looks like a smile.
Of course, with Q, anything can have meaning.
