Dude looks salty as fuck, like one of those dudes that have seen the shit and are a little worn.

Basically looks like a human version of Pepe the frog and that's probably why I have hopes in him, hahaha. I've always wondered if he secretely resents the deep state and has been longing for some shit to happen.
