A SCIF doesn't automatically have the capability to watch and record anything live on the interwebs.
A SCIF is only constructed in such a way that electronic signals/communications cannot be intercepted from the outside.

Technically most things with a Faraday Cage would be considered a SCIF.
A SCIF could be a portable container unit built out to a SCIF.
A SCIF is also what they call the "situation room" and they very well can watch anything on the interwebs in real time..remember Ozero watching the supposed take down of Bin Laden.
The Situation Room may be a SCIF, but a SCIF is not a Situation Room.
The Situation Room is fitted out with electronic and communication capabilities that allow monitoring of events such as the Bin Laden compound raid.
A SCIF and the situation room are not even close to the same thing. A SCIF is just a space that is designed and constructed to prevent the intercept of electronic signals from within the SCIF space. SCIF spaces do not have inherent capabilities and/or technologies, especially like the ones included in the situation room.
