Here's a thought/theory: the plan has a Deadman Switch, which is why they keep saying "nothing can stop what is happening. Nothing"

So, regardless of what happens with Biden, congress, DJT, MSM, etc, this train is running and outside circumstances are not a factor. Perhaps it needed DJT/Pompeo/Miller to set some things in motion, but once that was accomplished, it will continue unabated until completion.
