What day was this video from? Did any residents of DC post about hearibg/seeing fireworks at 6am? Seems pretty easy thing to debunk, sorry I don't have time to research

I think people are assuming the fireworks were from January 20th at 10pm. I don't know when this "livestream" aired but it clearly makes no sense since fireworks are not typically done at 6am. It's obvious that something is odd at the very least.
