Well trusting the plan shouldn’t mean being idle, always be active doing what’s best for your own business.

No u? The point is people need to stop being like “oh a new post, is this one good enough so that I can refill my ever shrinking hope balloon?” that kind of defeatist attitude is NOT trusting the plan.
I understand what your saying, but everyone is at different levels, just like Christians some can only drink Milk and have to be bought into the light of standing. We need to be supportive. Just like if your buddy is Injured on the battlefield your going to carry Him, that's not a ? So come down a Notch.
Maybe I misunderstood the context of what you were saying... it sounded like you were telling people that they aren't needed if there's a plan, or something. Collective positivity, and stuff..
