I had plenty of headgear blown off my head during my military years. Everything except the Steel Pot and Kevlar helmets.

Why is the video cut to not show the hats actually falling to the ground?

Also a lot of speculative subtitle notes such as: "Biden nervously checks phone/watch in car". Literally everyone pulls their phone out while waiting....
