When I first read this story, I was fascinated with the proposal that the US Government would have betrayed the American people roughly 100 years into the Nation's history. So I did some digging in the Library of Congress.

Here's the timeline and the details of what is summarized in the Marshall Report:

1. DC was indeed "incorporated" as a territory of the United States in 1871 by the Organic Act of 1871. Georgetown and Washington had their city charters dissolved but were designated municipalities. That's all that happened in 1871.

2. It was actually in 1910 when the central banking concept was turned into a reality. The Postal Savings and Depositories Act of 1910 was a HUGE over reach of Government Authority and ticked off just about everybody from the "old School" house and senate. This Act gave the USPS the ability to form their own banks which guaranteed deposits of $2,500 or less. Private Banks were livid because they couldn't guarantee anything. The only reason it finally succeeded in becoming a reality 39 years after the Organic Act, is because a "run on banks" and monetary scare was manufactured in 1907 that made Americans paranoid about putting money in banks.

3. Senator Steagall (Alabama) decided to help the banks out and introduced legislation (Glass-Steagall Act) that created the FDIC-- insurance company that guarantees our bank deposits today.

4. Socialists around the globe and our European friends that own banking EVERYWHERE were not amused by the Glass-Steagall Act at all. The FEDERAL RESERVE ACT of 1913 actually created the Federal Reserve or (the FED) and pledged Treasury Assets as collateral. (The story behind this legislation is fascinating as well)

This information does not necessarily dispute the story ran in the Marshall report, however it does provide context and timing.

The more important information that it has lead to is the main players in getting these socialistic principles solidified in America--

R.B. Roosevelt (Senator NY) Theodore Roosevelt (R.B.'s nephew) Franklin D. Roosevelt (Theodore's cousin-- also, Franklin was married to Theodore's niece) Socialist to the core W. H Taft (unknowingly aided somewhat) Woodrow Wilson- a full blown communist Herbert Hoover- Deep State's first owned President 1929-1933 His life has so many FM markers and DS innuendo it's ridiculous.
