I don't have a link right now on mobile, but there was that "hug a Chinese person" event they held like a week or two prior to their huge outbreak.

I think this was one stupid group of ppl. For sure in the other regions there weren' t these kind of ideas. I was mistaken with that other american woman who went in Chinatown without masks etc..
