This is what I've said all along. Given the contentious situation why would Biden's FAA or whatever bureaucrats control this give Trump anything. These same people openly defied Trump WHEN he was POTUS. Why would they give him anything after he's gone. Thus its not a leap to believe they just didn't ask.
Let's be real guys if the CIA decides they want to drop a 2,000 lbs bunker buster on Trump they can find one plane and one pilot to do it. A TFR isn't going to stop that person. They will come in so fast or low or stealth etc that by the time a response spun up it would already be over.
But honestly if they want Trump dead their are far easier ways.
You guys are saying a no-gun-zone will stop a lone shooter. A TRF is just a no-gun-zone in the air. The only time they are fully enforced is where the sitting POTUS is they have a CAP up and ready to swoop down in seconds/minutes to engage the threat. All this other stuff is no-gun-zone fluff. Someone making a suicide run in a Piper prop plane as a flying bomb isn't worried about losing his flying license.
