Does anyone have proof that it was Biden? All I see is someone in a car how do we know who’s car it was? If you have proof can you please link the video so I can see it?

Matbr they weren't told? Maybr there are punishments for releasing info from above? Maybe it's all BS, no one knows. We just kniw what we see.
