Among other reasons ......the indictment should be thrown out because it was obtained from a grand jury seated outside New York City in White Plains, where the lawyers said black and Hispanic grand jurors would have been underrepresented.

Is she black or hispanic? No, so this was a Grand Jury of her peers. Case closed. And that's only on the argument of race. It's jury by peer, and in America, rich or poor, black, white, brown, yellow, red, etc, we're ALL peers.
