Impeachment is the process by which a legislative body addresses legal charges against a government official.

So DJT is not a civilian, else it would be easier for them to frame him on a felony

but they choose to take the specific legal route of impeachment.

A felony conviction would satisfy their objective of barring DJT from future office.

I think this all has to do with the term "former" because msm's spin on it is claiming after the declass was released that "former" DOJ should not be able to be prosecuted because they no longer hold that title.
