If courts wanted to do something, they would have acted. Its pretty much impossible to remove a President even after the process already played out. They could Article 25 him, but that's never going to happen with Democrat-controlled Senate/House....hell, wouldn't happen with Republicans either since most of them are in on the steal.
Basically, Biden is here to stay unfortunately. We need to focus on fixing voter fraud and then getting a MAGA type re-elected.

Trump just appointed 300 federal judges, I am sure at least one case will get heard. They can’t keep using the same excuses over and over.
