He signed an EO to continue student loan pause and no interest accumulating. So his orders are being used with the authority of the president...

However every day I see things that make me doubt what is really going on. I don’t know if Biden is in control of anything at this point... no military respect. Funeral salute in the cemetery. Cleared schedules. Adjourned Congress the first week he is president. Mumbling he doesn’t know what he’s signing. No AF1 for his arrival into DC. White House blackout. Children filing out of the WH in the middle of the night. The whole thing stinks.
