Bannon was arrested by postal authorities. Trump pardoned Bannon. I think there’s more to that arrest.

NY agents drove to Florida to take him into custody, then drove back. Probably 18 hours in car.

Postal service has what they call postal inspectors. Wide range of jurisdiction. Customs as well
