Dominion sues Guiliani for defamation.
Any intentional false communication, either written or spoken, that harms a person's reputation; decreases the respect, regard, or confidence in which a person is held; or induces disparaging, hostile, or disagreeable opinions or feelings against a person.
They will have to prove that somehow and Guiliani will be able to defend himself. How would he do that?
By presenting and hopefully proving the validity of his claims, i.e. proving that his communication wasn't false, i.e. that voter fraud indeed has occured.
Just a hunch, but makes a lot more sense than presenting the evidence at the Trump impeachment.
Discovery takes at least 4 years...voter fraud evidence will come out in the impeachment hearings sooner then that.
How do you know that it's 4 years?
Impeachment will revolve around 1/6 and Trump's involvement. When and how would they be able to present the evidence during that? Senate would rather let it slip into a total shit show than allowing Trump's team to present that evidence in a comprehensible manner. Never forget: Just presenting the evidence doesn't mean much. People have to understand and agree with it.
Just don't see it happen, sorry.
As ”fighting for the truth about voter fraud” is part of the accusation about inciting violence, Trump can prove this fight was valid by presenting the evidence.
True - although, where is your quote from? - they included his general stance on the election results.

Sorry, it is not an actuall quote, I could have been clearer.
First off, its ELECTION fraud, not voter fraud, there is a huge difference.
Second, and I keep pointing this out for days now, do yourself a solid and read Senate impeachment rules at least ONCE. Then stop propagating the myth of Senate somehow allowing Trump to present ANY election fraud evidence in the proceedings. Senate sets the rules, and ONLY Senate. Controlled to the minute of who does what. And they are also the ones who can set MORE such rules as they seem fit. The Constitution ONLY describes Senate holding a trial for a PRESIDENT, not an ex-President. Law broken already, clearly. See anyone there paying attention to that? MAIN reason it doesn't make any difference if a SCOTUS judge presides or even you, such a person is simply there as an observer, and NOTHING else. Final vote to convict is the only thing that matters, nothing else. 67 Yays required. You seriously think they will not break any other laws in their zeal to hold this already unlawful trial? You see anyone stopping them?
This impeachment is only over one particular charge, incitement for riot. Nothing else will be allowed to be discussed nor presented, only the Trump's call for the Jan. 6 gathering in D.C. and some VERY carefully selected by Commiegress words in his speech that day. Nothing else.
Stop getting your and others' hopes high for the impeachment somehow to be the "It" thing, it is not. It WILL show the rats in Commiegoress ignoring the law, but nothing more than that. And still failing to convict. For the second time, for the same person. They have been pissing on the Constitution forever now, it seems, the only benefit, so to speak, is turn some still on the fence to our side after watching to shit show. Or one would hope so, at the least.
Read the Senate impeachment rules. ~20 pages, and only 4-5 that are really relevant to the discussion.
I posted last night that I count only 5 GOPe rats ready to convict, seems I missed 2 more: McConnell (though still on the fence as he plays this game out), Romney, Murkovsky, Sasse, Collins, Portman (retiring and doesn't care, hates Trump), Toomney (retiring and also hates Trump). Commigress still need to find 10 more traitors, and they are well short right now. VP cannot vote.
Ask a good attorney to explain the difference to you, I am tired of all the know it alls offering an opinion on subjects that are way outside their domain.
Also, read Senate impeachment rules. What you, and I, and everyone else here want is not how things work in Senate impeachment, its mind blowing to see so many legends in their minds mouthing off without ever reading the rules.
Voter fraud covers fraudulent acts by the voters. I.e. voting twice, voting pursuant to a fake ID showing they were 18, etc.
Election Fraud covers things like Ballot tampering, altering the count, falsifying Ballots, falsifying registration information, Ballot curing without oversight by the other Party, etc.
Yea, that's the problem I see with this strategy. These lawsuits tend to take forever. That's why so many "settle" even if they actually have a good case. It's just too expensive, both financially and time wise, to justify pursuing.
I think that's meant to be funny/smart. 4 years as in 4 years of Biden presidency.
