There was one other time; as u/tcriv correctly points out.

Additionally, I'd consider the very first time, while "Q / Anon" wasn't directly mentioned, Trump did clearly talk about "Calm before the storm" at a WH dinner on 10/6/2017 - 22 days before Q first posted, right? Wasn't Q's first drop on 10/28/2017?

Here's my little spiel I wrote up on this topic:

Trump has been directly and publicly asked about Q at least FOUR SEPARATE TIMES that I am aware of;

1. Calm Before The Storm comment at White House / Dinner with Military Generals

	1. I believe you could argue that the very first Q Proof / time Trump spoke at all about anything Q-Related was the White House dinner with military personnel / generals; where he made a big deal of his "Calm Before The Storm" statement.

	2. Trump was very cryptic about this statement, both at the time he made it, and when questioned about it again the next day.

2. Remember that Trump was AGAIN asked by the media about his "Calm Before The Storm" comment, the day after the event, as shown in the above-linked video. This is time #2.
