But, to make this clear: this judge didn't declare lockdowns unconstitutonal, he considers them to be unconstitutonal. That's a difference. This has to go through higher courts, and this it where this ends. This won't happen.
But the word is spread, maybe more judges discover their balls and grab them and do their fucking job. Honestly, I don't think so.

We have mask mandates in every shop that's currently open, which are only food stores. The rest has been on lockdown since December. Mad Merkel even wants a more restrictive lockdown. And unfortunately my people like to obey and wear their muzzles everywhere, not only where it's required. Very sad.
