To be fair, the military guy is holding a weapon and as another patriot above me pointed out he is standing at attention. There are at least a few other references to other military not saluting already posted here that are better examples of military not being led by Biden. Not saying this isn't odd, however this one has just more of a reasonable explanation as to why no salute over the other examples.
