The double meaning was ‘we have poisoned their adrenalchrome supply and marked them so they glow’

That’s why they panicked and went crazy. Robert Deniro started yelling at Trump because he was pissed that his adrenalchrome was contaminated and was suffering agonizing pain from the virus Q gave him.
