They were surprised when I said I had no plans to get the vaccine. They asked, "what if it were mandatory?" And I said, "then we'd have to have a serious conversation about that." The subject was changed quickly to something more light-hearted. But it seems like they're at least considering mandating a vaccine in order to work at this office. And if they do decide that, they'll be looking for a new manager for their shipping department.

That's EEOC...
It's both. https://www.hhs.gov/hipaa/for-individuals/employers-health-information-workplace/index.html
"Your employer can ask you for a doctor’s note or other health information if they need the information for sick leave, workers’ compensation, wellness programs, or health insurance.
However, if your employer asks your health care provider directly for information about you, your provider cannot give your employer the information without your authorization unless other laws require them to do so."
Sadly, the Democrats are going to be pushing the tyrannical health care laws hard and soon.
Its their weapon now, and they WILL use it against you.
And I will join in class action lawsuits all the way to the supreme court and if that fails we will pass protection from Draconian bullshit at the state level. I'm not going to back down. The Supreme Court cannot argue that "the right to privacy" makes abortion legal but vaccination declination illegal. They would invalidate the implied right to privacy in that ruling.
I just wish they would finally get rid of Obamacare it is costing me so much.
