Also as expected, Snopes tried to debunk the EO's links to Obama, Clinton, and her husband (https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/trump-eo-seize-assets/), but it failed because Ms. Mikkelson doesn't evince knowledge of canons of statutory construction.
