It’s a media tower. They set it up every time big events are happening. It’s like a command and control center for media operators.
The media had to film from a neighboring rooftop during the "inaug". So "for the media" would have to be a future position and not a past one.
Inauguration was at the Capitol. Trumps team set the building up for his speech that never happened.
Trump had the military set this up? Under what idea would that be a thing?
