In 2016 election the report came out in 2017. By law all ballots are to be maintained for 22 months. 10 months to go and no investigation. Literally they cheated (Congress, Senate, state officials). Should have did a audit and placed the rightful winners in office. The states didn't. They knew about these issues from 2005. Only the company name changed when exposed. Then that leads us to 2020.
