he was discharged from the navy honorably and MOST of his DC photos were staged.

the tech he talked about... yes, real. yes, supposedly (zero point energy has been studied since the 1900's and TESLA was closest to figuring it out)

i just say it's curious and i'm leaning towards a possible truth teller.
