This is probably nothing but would like some ideas as to why Biden’s EO’s appear different than Trumps? Both of these links are taken from the White House Government website....All of Biden’s Executive Orders have “Briefing Room” at top with “Presidential Actions” after the date underneath. Trump’s Executive Orders always have “Executive Order” at the top and never have “Presidential Actions” anywhere to be found on his. Does this mean anything?

Simple, they swapped out one website for another at noon a week ago, perfectly innocuously.
Trump's category for actions was called News, Biden's is called Briefing Room:

Presidential Actions is a subcategory of both categories. The rest is formatting differences. The Federal Register is treating both the same way.
