She has a guy's face.

The neck width is hidden, as transwomen tend to do.

Her shoulders are 3x bigger than her head width like a man. Women's shoulders are usually 2.5x wider than their heads.

We cannot see her wrists here.

She has a very long neck for a man, though. I'm not certain, but I'm leaning towards man.
