I wish I could find the sauce but I heard in an interview that it was Jill who crashed her car , rear-ended) into his wife’s car, pushing her into oncoming traffic. The rumor is that she took his briefcase and items supposedly running from him to bring it to someone and Jill crazily chased her to her death.
