Aircrew has to stay current on flight hours; a lot of flights get done at the end of each month because of this.

Why concerning? It's nothing more than test/eval flights out of PAX, Md. VX-1, Air Test and Evaluation Squadron One, (AIRTEVRON ONE) is a United States Navy air test and evaluation squadron based at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland. Operational aircraft are assigned to VX-1 including the P-8A Poseidon, E-2D Advanced Hawkeye, MH-60R, and MH-60S. Additionally, VX-1 provides test and evaluation support for aircraft such as the KC-130J Hercules, E-6B Mercury, MQ-8B Fire Scout, and MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.
The squadron operated two specially equipped P-3 aircraft that were equipped to collect data from the large sonobuoy fields used by the Sonobuoy Missile Impact Location System (SMILS) which supported the Navy's fleet ballistic missile program testing. The aircraft modifications enabled the aircraft to receive and record more sonobuoys, had a special timing system, and a data monitoring and quick look capability. The Air Force Advanced Range Instrumentation Aircraft could also operate with SMILS.

Completely normal. Please don't fall for the drama queens who only want to imitate Chicken Little over every little thing by screeching "The sky is falling! The sky is falling!" The easiest thing to do to prove my position on this is to go to the site [ https://globe.adsbexchange.com/ ], click on the "U" at the top right, and then watch for yourself for a few days at different times of the day and night. You'll be able to quickly figure out all on your own what's normal and what's not.

Live close to the bay there is also naval ships and planes in the air by the naval academy all the time, Hope this helps I don't know much about planes but I fish by the naval academy alot.

Thanks Fren! The rock fishing was awesome this past late summer and fall! As fast as it came it left right before the end of the season! The crabbing was pretty good there! If you ever have a chance to try some fishing there don't miss it there are some good hotels right on the water!
It's a test aircraft out of Pax River. Not an operational flight. Pax River is home to the Navy's test aircraft programs. Public info if you search on "NAS Patuxent River" along with all the platforms they fly.

A lot of TEX2/T38 trainers but not out of the ordinary.
An above average number of Electronic recon AC
