I would respectfully add, money is not the cause, but the effect. Bill Gates is a psychotic eugenicist from a family of psychotic eugenicists. His father emplemented Margaret Sanger's dream of exterminating "human weeds". The tale of Bill creating software in his garage is a narrative. Zuckerburg creating ~~lifelog~~ facebook is the narrative. They are rich because they are evil. Not evil because they are rich.
