Thats's not turning off lights in rooms that are unoccupied; that's lights out! NOT normal.
Actually a Secret Service agent told Mustang Medic that they do have the lights turned off for about two hours in the middle of the night. I don't know when this started, and I don't know if it has something to do with the Storm. But it is a SS procedure.

It's supposed to be midnight, but they do change the routine. If the lights are off for more than two hours, there may be something else going on.

The white house is closed we thought that was established already. Call them and see what they say they say they are closed.
I called today. It’s open. A woman answered the phone said White House and I asked if the White House was open and she said yes I asked her if we could take a tour through the White House and she said we would have to set it up through our state representative and I told her I heard it was closed and she laughed and said no we’re open!
I called and the lady, younger it seems, and she said they are closed i then asked her if this really was the WH and she said No then I also got sus and asked if Joe Biden president and she said yes. Then I asked if Trump is president and she said YES.

True but I haven’t yet found anything that says they’re closed! I even called the number that someone posted and all it sent me to was something that was not even the White House. If you call the number on the whitehouse.gov you get right in and they say they’re open
