yes exactly - spent alot of time in HK and ventured into China once - couldn't wait to leave - awful place - and yes - a mess - lots of real real poverty - and lots of real hard core communist repression and oppressions and that's just what you can see walking down the street - big slogans on bill boards - "Working for the good of all People" BS BS BS BS - awful.
