Pelosi wasn’t handcuffed but certainly was being “contained/detained”. Optics are everything. Roy had his head down, not looking around, hunched over, etc. He did not look like a man that was in charge. Pelosi being a more “prominent “ person wouldn’t be handled that way. Too noticeable. She was whisked off indoors out of sight of the crowds outside. I think Roy was doing a “perp walk” for cameras and only those in the “know” knew what was going on. Could have been a show for Pres. Trump to see what was happening, same with Pelosi.
