Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
Roman's 3:10 as it is written, there is none righteous, no not one.
Roman's 6:23 for the wages of sin is death...
Revelation 20:14 and death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and ALL liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
We have all sinned, and according to scripture, even telling a lie is enough to send us to hell. You dont have to be Adolf Hitler to go to hell, because we are all going to go. Unless...
Roman's 5:8 But God commendeth his love towards us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Roman's 6:23 But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Roman's 10:9 that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved
Roman's 10:13 for whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
We dont have to go to hell, but unless we believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins, and rose from the dead, and trust in him alone to get us there, we will go. Once you are saved, you can never lose your place in heaven, for it is eternal life. You dont have to go to church, get baptized, live a good life, or even read the bible. You just believe, one time, and call upon the Lord asking him to save you. With that being said, if you are saved and sin, God will punish us on this earth. "For who the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourges every son whom he recieveth." So we don't get a free license to sin. But God will never send us to hell when we believe on Jesus Christ.
That's why I pray you have a change of heart. There does come a point when we can no longer be saved, and God gives people over to a reprobate mind for rejecting him too many times. Just think on it friend. It's not too late, yet. I don't want anyone to go to hell, except pedophiles and wicked people like that.
I do appreciate your concern for my soul and thank you.
I feel as if the Catholic Church uses fear in to accepting Jesus to control us.
I have a big problem with the Eucharist, they are trying to normalize eating flesh and drinking blood, its a human sacrifice ritual. All of their rituals make me leery.
My point being that the C.C. has altered the tex/translations to lead you astray. They use fear of questioning their text as a control device. A loving god would not mind us questioning them. Any loving parent encourages their children to ask questions. Thats what free will is about.
I don't believe in sin. I think we all fell from Heaven to Earth as a learning opportunity and we all will attain perfection and return to Heaven as Jesus did,
Jesus is a symbol of our journey. We are god(s) in human form, and the C.C and the DS are terrified we will find that out, because then they can no longer control us with their convoluted religion.
I am not a Catholic. The Catholic church teaches works salvation, that you must be baptized, go to church, take communion, confess your sins, all of that nonsense. They make images and idols of the virgin Mary and the saints and pray to them. The Catholic church is just Roman paganism mixed with Christianity, which is why they call Mary the queen of heaven. Mary was not a perfect woman, and Jesus even rebuked her in the bible, twice. I am an independent fundamental baptist. We dont believe that when you take communion that it literally turns into the body and blood of Christ. That is weird and satanic. Jesus said to do communion in remembrance of him, and was speaking in a metaphor. The broken bread represented his body being crucified, and the wine represented his blood being shed on the cross. And after he rose from the dead and ascended up to heaven, he sprinkled his blood on the mercy seat in the tabernacle that is in heaven. Anyone who follows Catholic doctrine is on their way to hell, because they are trusting in their works to get to heaven. Jesus paid it all, and he did all the work. All we do is believe, and ask him for the gift of salvation.
But we are not Gods. We are made in the image of God. Sin is the transgression of Gods laws and rules. Since God created the world, and the entire universe, he gets to make the rules. It doesn't matter if I agree with them or not. He created me, and the world. So he creates the rulebook. But I agree the Catholic church has perverted scripture. The new Testament was written in Greek, not Latin. And every translation that came after the King James is translated from manuscripts the Catholic church happened to discover. And all of the changes just happen to line up with Catholic doctrines.
21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
22 And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
Also god uses the plural "like us". Is there more than one god?
A change of heart?
In what way am I evil?
