Well normally MN is 9 months of winter and 3 months of bad sledding. Wouldn't mind more months of sledding.

This I have been monitoring for 2 years. My garden has expanded to a full acre and a greenhouse was built. Freeze drying vegetables next year for longer shelf life versus canning.

For us that garden or live in agricultural areas this has been noticed in 2019 & 2020...less production.
