Clearly my proposal is unfathomable. the lvl of coordination needed and buy in from people that have their entire life savings tied into the stock maket does not make this realistic. My dark sense of humor is wasted on you...?. However you do need to continue to buy and sell. Because, if no one is willing to sell and there are no willing buyers the price will drop to the nearest order of those willing to buy thereby dropping the price and causing great financial loss to those whom have hopped on the rollercoaster of economics.
