Not sure ic this tape is relevant. I believe it was posted on Youtube ladt night. Skip yo the 12 min mark. It's a taped converation between then VP Biden and Poroshanko.

I remember this leaked tape. As I recall, Biden dissed MN in those convos, as an aside.

I highly respect Chanel Rion's journalistic integrity. She has maintained her high moral standards for these several years, even under intense scrutiny and persecution from others. I respect Rudy Giuliani also.
I don't know about the communication practices of the military, but I also don't recall this article claiming that its sources were military, though the pic kinda implies that.
