I'm watching this right now 32min in, its definitely real, there's no doubt in my mind this guy is being completely genuine

I'm autistic and am sensitive to very low level body language (btw, this is common with us autists and is why we are good with animals). I can tell when a person is being less then truthful. This guy is clearly very disturbed by what he is witnessing. There is no way that he is fabricating anything. This is real.
